Die hyperbare Sauerstofftherapie (HBOT) wird seit Jahrzehnten erforscht und in verschiedenen medizinischen sowie leistungssteigernden Kontexten und im Wellnesbereich. Sie basiert auf dem Prinzip, Sauerstoff unter erhöhtem Umgebungsdruck einzuatmen, wodurch die Sauerstoffaufnahme im Blut und Gewebe signifikant gesteigert wird. Zahlreiche Studien haben gezeigt, dass dieser Prozess regenerative Mechanismen im Körper aktiviert und somit zahlreiche positive Auswirkungen hat.
